Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

Do you support bKash or Nagad?

Yes, we accept bKash and Nagad as payment methods. Details will be provided at checkout. Please complete your payment and send us the transaction ID to confirm your order.

What sizes are available?

Our Little Worlds babywear is available in sizes for 0–12 months. Size guides are available on each product page to help you choose the right fit.

How long does delivery take?

• Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Are 12thFAN products official team merchandise?

No. 12thFAN products are unofficial supporter outfits and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football federation, team, tournament organizer, or official event body.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page or contact us to initiate a return.
