Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Not a final sale or limited drop item
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or design, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- 12thFAN Limited Drop items (unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.
